IV.  Game Procedure
        A.  Each team must select a starting lineup and tiebreaker player each
week.  The lineup is to be sent to the commissioner and all league
owners by game time of the first NFL game of the week (Usually
Thursday, sometimes Saturday or Sunday) or the lineup will be the
same as it was the previous week.  If you do not have e-mail access
or do not have access to everyone's e-mail addresses, you may call
the lineup hotline (published to all owners before the start of the
season) before game time to submit your lineup.  It will be the
hotline manager's responsibility to inform the rest of the owners.
            1.  The starting unit or lineup will consist of six (6) players plus
                a tiebreaker player as follows:
                        a.  1 Quarterback
                            1 Kicker
                            1 Running Back
                            2 Receivers
                            1 Running Back or Receiver
                            1 Tiebreaker (any position)
            2.  Lineups may be revised at any time, as long as the NFL team of the
players involved in the change (swapped either in or out) have not
                played their game.
        B.  Scoring.

                4.  A point after touchdown (PAT) scores one point for the kicker.
                5.  A run for a PAT scores two points for the runner.
                6.  A pass for a PAT scores one point for the passer and two points
                    for the receiver.
        C.  The opposing teams' starting players' scores are totaled.  The
team with the higher total score is the game winner.
        D.  If a tie between the starters should occur, the tiebreaker players
will be compared to break the tie.  If the tie is not broken, the
            game remains a tie.
V.  Rosters and replacing players.
        A.  Between the start of the season and the trade deadline, an owner may trade a
player(s) to another for player(s), cash, or anything else agreed upon within the
limits of the current season (e.g. no future draft picks).  Before the draft,
this can include current year draft picks and the keeper rights of players on
            your roster.
                1.  Trades will not be allowed after 1:00 on Sunday of the eleventh week
of the NFL schedule.   (November 16, 2025)
                2.  Temporary trades to get around the bye weeks will not be
                    allowed.
        B.  Between the draft and the Fantasy Bowl, players may be selected from the
            player pool as follows:
            1.  All "pool" transactions must be submitted to the league commissioner and
must include the player(s) being requested and the player(s) being dropped.
            2.  The players involved in a transaction (either picked up or dropped) can't
have played their game for the current week.
            3.  From 1:00 on Sunday until Tuesday midnight is the waiver period.  Waiver
period requests must also include the amount, in whole dollars, that you
are bidding for that player, minimum $2.
            4.  At the end of the waiver period, all requests made during that time will
be reviewed.  If there are multiple requests for the same player, the
owner submitting the highest bid will get that player.  If there are
multiple equal bids for a player, the owners involved will be notified.
They must submit a second bid by noon on Thursday, which must be equal
to or higher than the original bid.  If the second bids are equal, the
owner lower in the current standings will get the player.
            5.  From Tuesday midnight until 1:00 on Sunday, free agents may be picked up
                on a first-come, first-serve basis for $2.
            6.  The losing team scoring the most points each week gets a $2 credit towards
                a free agent transaction.
        C.  The commissioner will confirm the availability of the player(s) being
            selected.
        D.  A player replaced is returned to the player pool and may be subsequently
selected by another owner, starting with the next waiver period.
        E.  A team may select any position regardless of the position of the
            released player.
        F.  Starting with transactions effective for week 11, only one waiver period
transaction per team per week will be allowed.
Post waiver period is first-come, first-served as normal.
        G.  All transactions must be approved by the commissioner(s) before they
become official.  Appeals of the commissioner's decision may be made
            to the uninvolved owners.
        H.  Approved transaction requests will be applied to the teams’ rosters as of
the time of the request, not the time of approval.
        I.  Rosters must be cut to no more than 12 players at the start of a week.  Teams may
            carry fewer than 12 players.
